Most of the equipment that we sell is a technically complicated machinery, which demands professional approach in its assembling, maintenance and repair. Our Service Center specialists will competently assist you in this area with pleasure. If your lift, jack, air gun etc., that honestly served you for a certain period, fell out, don`t be in a hurry to get rid of it. We will probably manage to repair it at our Service Center.

The Service Center of private enterprise “TD” Forsage Instrument Bel” is situated just next to the company`s office, that allows you, dear partners and clients, promptly solve problems with repair, maintenance or mounting of bought or fallen out item. The Service Center is equipped with all the necessary tools, devices and equipment for its mission execution. It also has a stock of original recommended spare parts, consumables for using in the cases of warranty or post-warranty repair.

Diagnostic, repair and maintenance works are performed by highly qualified specialists in full correspondence with repair flow charts and demands of manufacturer. In the case of

Warranty repair:

We carry out warranty repair of hand, pneumatic equipment and equipment for maintaining of machinery, that is sold only by us and our regional representatives with availability of warranty card (if it is included) and documents that prove the sale deal.

The works are carried out at our own workshop in compliance with the demands of legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Consumer Protection Act.

Post-warranty repair

In the situation if your tool or equipment fell out after its warranty period had expired or if it failed because of incorrect operation during the warranty period, our Service Center is performing diagnostics, repair and maintenance on a fee basis, both in cash or cashless settlement.

Periodic equipment servicing

There is such category of tool and equipment that is demanding periodic inspection and servicing. “TD” Forsage Instrument Bel” Service Center offers you this kind of service.

In the situation when the equipment is operating stationary (without a possibility of dismantling), our Service Center specialists can arrive directly at the place of equipment’s operating. This is a paid service too.
